I usually wait to book a massage until I have a problem instead of trying to prevent one. I have seen Joni twice when I've had serious pain and she has rescued me both times. She does amazing work and I can't recommend her highly enough. She very's intuitive and I let her decide what I need. I am definitely going to start taking better care of myself and booking massage as a preventative treatment to maintain good health. I deserve it!
